Diego, a California native raised in Orange County, moved to Los Angeles as demand for his expertise grew, prompting the opening of a second office to better serve his expanding clientele. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton, Diego initially thrived in various corporate sales roles before transitioning into real estate.

Upon obtaining his real estate license, Diego quickly made a name for himself, attracting agents eager to learn from his success. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish 1Vision Property Advisors Inc. in 2012, where he built a large team while working alongside Keller Williams, a top brokerage. It was here that he met Nauz, who served as the Team Leader and CEO at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills.

 

Nauz, a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law, earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2014. Her passion for real estate and leadership, combined with her legal expertise, made her a recognized figure in the industry. She continually sharpens her negotiation skills, giving her a distinct edge in real estate transactions due to her legal background.

 

In 2022, leveraging their extensive experience in brokerage management and Nauz’s legal expertise, Diego and Nauz Founded 1Vision Real Estate. Together, they created a brokerage that blends the best practices from other firms, offering a truly client-centered and innovative approach.
