I had the best team on my side when I put my house up for sale! From the prep to the sale to the follow up--they were the best! Diego was an amazing realtor, I met with a few people before talking to Diego but as soon as I talked to him we knew he was the right guy for the job. Diego was straight up with us from the start. He gave a realistic estimate of what the property would sell for, explained the strengths and weaknesses of our property and told me about his strategy. Long story short, his strategy worked and I let him do his thing during negotiations once the offers rolled in. We got well over asking after just one open house, despite the fact that our neighbors who sold an identical property had to sit on the market for over a month and didn't even get their asking price. I posted the exact same review on Zillow as well, just adding that to make sure nobody thinks this is a bot or something.

I've had the pleasure of working with Diego on two occasions and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, attitude and follow through. My first experience was a little over 3 years ago when he had the daunting task of selling my prior property to time with the purchase of a new property as I needed the funds from the sale of one to close the other. He was relentless in helping me find a new, larger property and then when we found one, he coordinated the dual closings so expertly he alleviated all my initial anxieties and the closing went through without a hitch.
