Dry Gulch Ranch was established in 1979, nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains in West Malibu, California. The Ranch is 22 acres w/ panoramic, unobstructed views of Bony Ridge and the ocean. The Ranch house is two story, rustic wood walls inside and out, wood floors, open beam ceiling throughout, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, stone fireplace, separate 2 car garage, hot tub w/ Bony Ridge as a backdrop surrounded by western decor. It has a 1800's honky-tonk saloon w/ stage, bar, parlor, office & swinging doors. Fire pit, BBQ, tables and chairs, outdoor food serves, SPA nestled in grove of Monterrey cypress and several service buildings. The artificial grass tennis court is landscaped tropical w/ 4 huge native live oaks. There is a beach hut on the sand that sleeps two, another SPA, tiki bar, jungle hut w/ chiminey and a locker room w/ shower.
